ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION
By providing essential job-skills training, financial literacy, technology, nutrition and sports recreation workshops to adolescent girls and women, we reach the objectives of our cornerstone, educating in preparation of economic self sufficiency and health consciousness. This we believe sustains the overall community as many women, and young girls, soon to enter the world of women-hood, have the responsibility of raising their children. Through our partnerships and volunteer efforts in the global community, we expand our resources to more effectively be able to impact the lives of the people we serve. We want to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to our community supporters of our first community relations event of 2010, "Killing Me Softly: A New Discussion on HIV/AIDS". Your support inspires us to forward our commitment and vision to provide at-risk populations of our society, a hand-up, and not a hand-out.
